Discover
We conducted empathy interviews and market research to understand user needs, motivations, and frustrations. Using affinity mapping, we organized these insights into key themes, which informed the creation of personas, empathy maps, and journey maps. These tools revealed pain points across the fitness journey and highlighted opportunities for improvement, forming the foundation of our redesign.
